I had heard about the benefits of the super fruit acai from many sources and even I wanted to experience the benefits. I shared my idea with my close friend. She jumped with an alarm and asked me if I hadn’t heard of the innumerable acai scams. I said I had but still scams didn’t mean that acai was ineffective or ….she wanted to hear nothing.
She told me how her sister had been fooled by the scammers and had to lose a good amount of money for nothing rather for nuisance. Her sister had been fascinated with the acai charm and had fallen for the scam! The so-called free trial of acai made a dent in her pocket and also what she got was just spray dried, low grade acai which did no good to her. She was just one of the many consumers scammed by the rampant rouge companies online. At the end of her narrative, my eagerness to try acai was tapering!
However, recently there are many efforts being made to put an end to these scams. The BBB presents a comprehensive list of dubious companies, the FTC aims to help the scam victims and Visa has shut down the accounts of over a hundred merchants to check these malpractices. Once again, I am being drawn towards trying, rather buying acai!
