The acai berry, nature’s little miracle fruit, contains many nutrients and nutritional supplements. It contains so many, in fact, that nutritionists aren’t even certain how many different benefits the berry provides. They’ve started in-depth studies, but even without their reviews, we do know that tribes in the Amazon have eaten the acai berry for years with no negative side effects. They’ve used the berry as a type of cure-all for decades, and they have shown that it really can provide many of the benefits people say it does.

The acai berry increases metabolism, provide weight loss benefits, and supposedly can even make you look younger. While these benefits haven’t been scientifically proven, it is a fact that the acai berry contains many different nutritional supplements. Below are just a few.

Acai berries are high in amino acids. They are also quite high in essential fatty acids. If you are looking for a source of fibre, the acai berry contains a good amount. As far as vitamins go, the acai berry features Vitamin A, three types of Vitamin B, C, and E. The acai berry has very high amounts of antioxidants.
