So, I went to buy acai juice the other day and was bombarded with choices! Wow, I can even get acai in supplements and powder forms. I know this is the newest health trend but the options are overwhelming. I was thinking it would be best to just sit down and do some research on the berry and its forms. I tried it and found out that there are actually many uses for the acai palm other than food. The bark is used for housing, roofing and the seeds are used for fertilizer and livestock feed. It seems like a wonderful purchase, but what kind is right for me?
